Anthony Keith Medley, 42, of Pilot Knob died Feb. 1, 2026, in St Louis. Mr. Medley loved fishing, hunting, working on cars and, most of all, spending time with his family and friends. Born Aug. 24, 1983, in Crystal City, he was the son of Lonnie (Lisa) Medley of Pilot Knob and Elizabeth (Gunn) Underwood of Festus.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by two sons: Xavier Medley of Festus and Ezekiel Medley of Festus; a daughter: Layla Medley of Festus; a brother: Adam (Hannah) DeClue of Park Hills; three sisters: Jessica Medley of Arcadia Valley, Amber Nipper of Saint Mary and Allison DeClue of Pilot Knob; and two nieces: Chelsea Medley and Deborah Cochran.
Visitation is scheduled from 10 a.m. until services at noon Wednesday, Feb. 11, at Mahn Twin City Chapel, 515 Collins Ave, in Festus, officiated by Adam Asher. Interment will follow in the Upper Indian Creek Cemetery in Viburnum. Arrangements are under the care of Mahn Twin City Chapel.
