Annabelle Lynn “Anna” Smith, 18, of Byrnes Mill died Nov. 23, 2025. Passionate about the arts, Anna was a member of The Theater Guild of Webster Groves. She enjoyed collecting vinyl records, listening to music and computer gaming. She adored animals, especially her dogs. Though she mourned the recent loss of her childhood companions, Honey and Lilly, she loved her new dog, Daisy, who was quickly becoming a faithful friend. However, no pet got as close to her heart as her 'Bubba Kitty.' She was a Northwest High School 2025 graduate. She played softball, thrived in theater, earned the 2025 Missouri Seal of Biliteracy, was honored as Theater Student of the Year and served as president of the Thespian Club. She loved acting, especially in musicals. Anna was attending Jefferson College, pursuing her dream of becoming a dermatologist, with plans to graduate in 2027. She was known for her ambition, creativity and compassion. She will be remembered for her kindness, humor and radiant spirit. Born Nov. 28, 2006, in Kirkwood, she was the daughter of Chad and Jennifer Smith (Meanor) of Byrnes Mill.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by Two siblings: Ember Josephine Smith and Micah Philip Smith; grandparents: Michael and Shirley Smith of Sullivan and Eugene and Nancy Bell of Cedar Hill; her boyfriend; and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
A celebration of life is scheduled from 1-4 p.m. with a service beginning at 3 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 30, at Pine Hollow Farms, 3993 Hwy. W, in Eureka. Memorials may be made to the Northwest High School Thespian Club. Arrangements are under the direction of Fieser Funeral Home in Fenton.
