Allen Darl Robinson, 70, of Festus died Jan. 6, 2025, at his home. Mr. Robinson was a U.S. Navy veteran, a retired sheet metal worker and a member of Sheet Metal Workers Local 36. He was devoted to and loved spending time with his family, especially his children and grandchildren. He was skilled with copper, steel, fabrication and woodworking and would often make small trinkets, works of art, chests and bedroom furniture. Born July 29, 1954, in Rector, Ark., he was the son of the late Ruby (Cupp) and Paul Robinson.
He is survived by five children: Michael Robinson of Festus, Holly West of Arnold, Kimberly Robinson of Arnold, Ben (Alicia) Robinson of Festus and Tucker (Lindsay) Robinson of Hillsboro; three sisters: Pauletta, Chris and Vicky; 16 grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by nine siblings.
Services will be private. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus.
