Norma Rose Barnwell, 76, Cedar Hill

Norma Rose Barnwell, 76, of Cedar Hill died Dec. 20, 2025, in Fenton. Mrs. Barnwell enjoyed traveling with her husband, especially to shows and local attractions, listening to old country music and spending time with her family, particularly her grandchildren. Born Feb. 3, 1949, in Rolla, she was the daughter of the late Vivan Lee (Bean) and Lloyd William Bailey.

She is survived by her husband: Robert Wayne Barnwell; four children: Russell (Renie) Byers, Steven Byers, Beverly (James) Petty and Richard (Angela) Barnwell; a brother: Mike (Sandy) Bailey; several grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; and numerous other family members and friends.

Visitation will be from noon until time of services at 1 p.m. Friday, Dec. 26, at Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6300 Highway 30, in Cedar Hill. Burial will be in Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens in Cedar Hill. Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary in Cedar Hill.
