Nelda G. Harrison, 82, of Arnold died Oct. 12, 2022. Mrs. Harrison enjoyed celebrating the holidays with loved ones and sharing dessert.. She enjoyed flowers and gardening and lawn work. Born Feb. 18, 1940, she was the daughter of the late Louis and Flaura (Brannon) Dickinson.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Gary Harrison.
She is survived by three children: Jeffrey (Dawnetta) Harrison, Dwayne (Debbie) Harrison and Linda (Kirk) Schmidt; a brother: Don (Pat) Dickinson; a sister: Sharon Arnold; 11 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.
She also was preceded in death by a daughter: Debra Livingston; a sister: Lee Bear; and a brother-in-law: Bill Arnold.
Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Sunday, Oct. 16, at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd, Arnold. Funeral services will begin at 8:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 17, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks. Memorials may be made to Special Olympics Missouri or American Cancer Society. Arrangements are under the direction of Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home.
