Michael E. Iahn, 75, of Arnold died Aug. 1, 2022, at de Greeff Hospice House. Mr. Iahn served in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam era. He retired from Laclede Gas after 34 years. Born Aug. 22, 1946, in Leadwood, he was the son of the late Lester H. and Hazel Irene (Bannister) Iahn.
He is survived by his wife of 54 years: Debbie (Grzovic) Iahn; three daughters: Staci (Timothy) Schiele of Pevely, Traci (Roger) Dillin of Arnold and Heather (David) Minnick of Navarre, Fla.; nine grandchildren: Mitchell, Rebecca, Colby, Hannah, Caleb, Austin, Corbin, Savannah and Chandler Kelly; and four great-grandchildren: Rosalee, Rayland, Cayden, and Korra.
Burial will take place Aug. 17 in the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks with a celebration of life to follow.
