Marzella Mae “Marcie” Propst, 79, of Crystal City died March 17, 2022, at her home. Mrs. Propst was born Jan. 14, 1943, in St. Louis, the daughter of the late Marzella (Briley) and Noble Foster.
She is survived by her husband: Jerald Propst of Crystal City; three daughters: Pamela (Brian Radford) Cummiskey of Bonne Terre, Paula (Steve) AAgaard of Highland, Ill., and Patty (Ty Barker) Hawkins of De Soto; a sister: Gail Guericia of Florida; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren, with another on the way.
She was preceded in death by three brothers: Noble Foster, Jimmy Foster and Jean Burlbaugh; and one grandchild.
A memorial gathering is scheduled from 4 p.m. until a memorial service at 6 p.m. Friday, March 25, at Vinyard Funeral Home, 616 W. Main St., in Festus, officiated by the Rev. Edward Boyer of De Soto. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
