Mary Lucille Hodges, 71, of Festus died Dec. 12, 2016, in Festus. Mrs. Hodges was a homemaker and a member of the Catholic faith. Born April 4, 1945, in Keokuk, Iowa, she was the daughter of the late Naomi (Boudreau) and Edward Cecil Fishback.
She is survived by her husband of 53 years: Rexford Kenton Hodges of Festus; three children: Michael Kenton (Beth) Hodges of Oakville, Daniel Jay (Melinda) Hodges of Mesa, Ariz., and Penny Marquerite (Duane) Stockdell of Festus; two siblings: Verlin (Jean) Fishback of Hillsboro and Velma (Howard) Sederwall of Hannibal; 10 grandchildren: Michael (Jessica) Hodges Jr., Matthew (Nikki) Hodges, Mallorie Hodges, Mark Hodges, Kimberly (Logan) Heilman, Joshua Hodges, Brett Hodges, Cameron Hodges, Andy (Nikki) Stockdell and Jenny (Kenny) Farley; three great-grandchildren: Alex Hodges, Noah Stockdell and Tenley Stockdell; and numerous nieces, nephews, siblings-in-law, and cousins.
She was preceded in death by a son: Timothy James Hodges; and two sisters: Phyllis Fishback and Wilma Kennedy.
Funeral services are scheduled for Dec. 17 at Good Shepherd Catholic Church in Hillsboro, the Rev. Christopher Hoffman officiating.
