Mary Ann Summers, 83, of Caledonia died Nov. 26, 2020, in Farmington. Mrs. Summers was retired and was a member of the Eastern Star. Born Feb. 21, 1937, she was the daughter of Leo Everett Black and the late Elsie Myrtle (Akers) Black. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years: Robert Lee Summers.
In addition to her father, she is survived by two children: Vickey Lawrence of House Springs and Shirley (Bradley) Bettis of Farmington; and four grandchildren: Claude Michael Lawrence of House Springs, Joshua Bettis of Indiana, Ben Michele Bettis of California and Megan (Daren) Dugger of Bonne Terre. She was preceded in death by one sibling: Leaona (Black) Jarvis.
Funeral services were held Dec. 5 at Caledonia Methodist Cemetery, officiated by Brother Bryan Buckley. Burial was in the Caledonia Methodist Cemetery in Caledonia. Arrangements were under the direction of DeClue Funeral Home in Potosi.
