Mary A. Wideman, 96, of Richwoods Mary A. Wideman, 96, of Richwoods died Sept. 19, 2020, at Potosi Manor nursing home. Mrs. Wideman was born June 13, 1924, in Peoria, Ill., the daughter of the late Leonard A. and Anna (Neff) Rash. She was preceded in death by her husband: Harold Wideman.
She is survived by a son: Greg (Stella) Wideman of Richwoods; a son-in-law: Jack King of Irondale; five grandchildren; and several great- and great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by two daughters: Phillis King and Norma Jones; two sisters: Melba Rash and Dorothy Kittle; and three brothers: Auburn Rash, Gerald Rash and Billy Rash.
Visitation is scheduled from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 22, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main St., in De Soto. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 23, at the funeral home, officiated by Pastor William McConkey. Burial is in the Horine Cemetery in Richwoods. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
