Marlene Neulist, 86, of Imperial died July 19, 2021. Mrs. Neulist was a retail clerk at Central Hardware. Born Nov. 24, 1934, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Vera (Smith) and Clyde Fults.
She was preceded in death by her husband: George Neulist.
She is survived by two children: Frank Neulist of Hillsboro and Nancy (Chris) Hildebrandt of Granger, Ind.; a brother; seven grandchildren: Melissa (Chris) Bayless of Imperial, Nikki (Matt) Kerkhoff of Dardenne Prairie, Kari (Jake) Dallas of Hillsboro, Cory (Paige) Hildebrandt of Granger, Ind., Sarah Hildebrandt of Colorado Springs, Colo., Amy Hildebrandt of Angola, Ind., and Drew Hildebrandt of Granger, Ind.; and eight great-grandchildren: Gavin, Lane, Miles, Owen, Ava, Charlotte, Beckham and Bailey; and many friends.
She was preceded in death by two siblings: Linda Franklin and Gale Fults.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to noon Wednesday, July 28, at Kutis Funeral Home, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, in south St. Louis County, followed by funeral services. Burial will be in the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks. Memorials may be made to the Humane Society. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis Funeral Home.
