Lula Mae Vance, 97, of Arnold died April 22, 2021. Mrs. Vance was born May 25, 1923, the daughter of the late Lula and James McIntyre. She was preceded in death by her husband: Joseph E. Vance.
She is survived by two children: Barb Montine and Jerry (Nancy) Vance; 11 grandchildren: Kelly (Kurt) Hausner, Kerri (Todd) Senger, Kristy (Bryan) Rison, Lydia (Dan) Reiter, Tracy (Christopher) Smith, Christine (Robert) Rubinstein, Clayton (Carol) Vance, Karen (Rick) De La Fuente, Chris (Peggy) Montine, Michael Groth and Stephanie (Timothy) King, 29 great-grandchildren; and 14 great-great-grandchildren, as well as many other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by two children: Terry (Kathy) Vance and Ernest (Garnett) Vance.
Visitation will be held from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, April 28, at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd, in Arnold. Visitation will resume from 10 a.m. until funeral services at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 29, at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 3517 Jeffco Blvd, in Arnold. Burial will follow at Shepherd Hills Cemetery in Barnhart. Arrangements are under the direction of Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home.
