Linda Susan (Toombs) Roorda, 69, of Arnold died May 5, 2017, in Arnold. Mrs. Roorda was a head teller in the banking industry. Born Sept. 16, 1947, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Arnold and Ruth (Mann) Toombs.
She is survived by her husband: Ray Roorda, of Arnold; one son: Jeffrey (Nancy) C. Roorda and three granddaughters: Macie, Lydia and Sophia Roorda.
She was preceded in death by one son: Timothy M. Roorda, one sister: Mary K. Boelling and one nephew: Bob Boelling.
Visitation will be from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., Wednesday, May 10, 2017 at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd. in Arnold. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. May 11, 2017, at the funeral home with Jim Littich officiating. Burial will be in Shepherd Hills Cemetery in Barnhart. Memorials may be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
