Linda Mae Jackson, 72, of Crystal City died July 18, 2021, at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Crystal City. Mrs. Jackson enjoyed going to the casino and spending time with her family.
She was born May 7, 1949, in Hammond, Ind., the daughter of the late William and Angeline Marie (Mannigrasso) Nusbaum.
She is survived by her husband of 45years: Lee Jackson, whom she married June 5, 1976, in Joliet, Ill.; three children: Craig Anthony (Suzanne) Jackson of Columbia, Aaron Lee (Amber) Jackson of Richmond, Va., and Lisa (Adolfo) Gonzales of Festus; two brothers: Lee (Pat) Nusbaum of Paducah, Ky., and Billy (Carol) Nusbaum of Cedar Lake, Ind; a sister: Melody Cummins of Michigan; a sister-in-law: Cheryl Nusbaum of Hobart, Ind.; nine grandchildren: Jacob, Hadley, Angelena, Agustina, Aidan, Camryn, Alanis, Sawyer and Finnlee; two great-grandchildren: Tanner and Addison; and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
She was preceded in death by a brother: Richard Nusbaum.
Arrangements were under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel in Festus.
