Lila Jean (Miles) Haggard, 85, of St. Louis, formerly of Farmington, died April 24, 2018, in Affton. Born Aug. 4, 1932, in Butler County, she was the daughter of Noah and Verna (Partridge) Miles. She was preceded in death by her husband: Billie O’Bryne Haggard, who she married on April 22, 1950.
She is survived by two daughters: Brenda (Garry) Barnes of Imperial and Terry (Don) Leath of Affton; five grandchildren: Christina (Brian) Martin of Hillsboro, Elesha (Tim) Allen of Fenton, Tori (Josh) Shelton of Fenton, Jordan (Erin) Leath of Affton, Mackenzie (Brian) Schwartz of Arnold and Kaylin Leath of Affton; 15 great-grandchildren: Zachary and Briana Martin, Kailey, Logan and Olivia Allen, Miles, Lila, Ansley and Monroe Shelton, Silas and Margot Leath, Colten Firebaugh and Isaac Schwartz and Iris and Jeremiah Leath; and one great-great granddaughter: Gracelynn Martin.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Sunday, April 29, at Schrader Funeral Home, 14960 Manchester Road, in Ballwin. Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, April 30, at the funeral home. Pallbearers will be Brian Martin, Tim Allen, Josh Shelton, Jordan Leath, Zachary Martin and Brian Schwartz. Honorary pallbearers were Logan Allen, Miles and Monroe Shelton, Colten Firebaugh and Silas Leath. Burial will be at Shepherd Hills Cemetery in Barnhart. Memorials may be made to Lifechurch STL.
