Lila F. (Nelson) Frazier, 84, of Crystal City died Dec. 7, 2019, while in residence with her daughter and family in Pinellas County, Fla. Ms. Frazier was the daughter of the late Hank and Coletta Nelson.
She is survived by a daughter: Rita (Mitch Damp) Hensley-Damp of Florida; two granddaughters: Rebecca and Rachel Damp; two brothers: Ed Nelson of Bonne Terre and Jim Nelson of Arizona; and a sister: Corene Randolph of Festus.
Ms. Frazier chose to donate her body to medicine. She requests friends and family to raise a glass and say a prayer in her memory.
