Leola Grace Null, 80, of De Soto died Nov. 17, 2017, in De Soto. Mrs. Null was a homemaker and a lifetime member of Luckey Baptist Church. Born June 29, 1937, in De Soto, she was the daughter of the late William Augustus and Blanche Stella (Gibbons) Drennen.
She is survived by her husband: Norman Null Sr. of De Soto; four children: Norman (Lucinda) Null Jr. of Holt, Edward (Brenda) Null of De Soto, Alan (Lee Ann) Null of De Soto and Ron (Kathy) Null of De Soto; a sister: Linda; 10 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by eight siblings: William Paul "P.D." Drennen, Delcy Beam, Martha Kirk, Doris Null, Georgia Drennen, Elnora Keefe, George Drennen and Charles Drennen.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Monday, Nov. 20, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main, in De Soto. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 21, at the funeral home, officiated by the Rev. Paul Eye and the Rev. Dennis Murphy. Burial is in the Luckey Baptist Cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Luckey Baptist Church or the Luckey Cemetery Association. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
