Lee Roy Brock, 77, of Pevely died May 11, 2017, in St. Louis. Mr. Brock was a longtime employee of Liguori Publications in Barnhart and was an avid fisherman. Born June 26, 1939, in Wyatt, he was the son of the late James F. and Della (Porter) Brock.
He is survived by his wife: Norma Lee (Guese) Brock of Arnold; a daughter: Janice Lee (Harvey) Thomas of Hillsboro; two stepsons: Gregory and Stephen Armstrong, both of St. Louis County; four grandchildren: Tammie Louise Brock of Hillsboro, Christopher Lee Brock of St. Genevieve, Jayden Armstrong of St. Louis County and Stephen Armstrong Jr. of St. Louis County; six great-grandchildren: Jason, Parker, Jeana, Audrianna, Brenden and Ethan; one great-great-grandchild: Dakota; two brothers: Gene (Iris) Brock of De Soto and Jack (Ann) Brock of Sikeston; longtime friend Adam (Cheryl) Hinrichs of Imperial; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by a sister: Levada Brock; and eight brothers: Ray, Leman, C.J., Marshall, Jess, Clifford, Bill and Tom Brock.
Visitation is at 4 p.m. and a funeral service is scheduled for 7 p.m. Monday, May 15, at the Robert D. Brown Funeral Home, 103 Fourth St., in Hillsboro. Memorials may be made to the St. Louis Heart Association. Arrangements are under the direction of Robert D. Brown Funeral Home.
