Lavon (Greenlee) Schwartz, 76, of Fenton died Feb. 24, 2018, at Hillcrest Nursing Center in De Soto. Mrs. Schwartz was a fork lift operator. Born Dec. 2, 1941, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Ernest and Vonna (Denton) Greenlee.
She is survived by three sons: Robert (Chrissy) Schwartz of Poplar Bluff, Ron (Carri) Schwartz of De Soto and George (Amber) Schwartz of Hillsboro; a daughter: Patricia (Guy) Youngman of Fenton; 13 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by three brothers: Clyde, Paul and John Greenlee; and one sister: Maxine Vaughn.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Memorials may be made to the Jefferson County Backstoppers, Suite A5, 10411 Clayton Road, St. Louis, 63131. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Funeral Home in De Soto.
