Lana Sue (Radell) Gill, 75, of Festus died Oct. 22, 2021, at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Crystal City. Mrs. Gill enjoyed cross-stitching, crafts, watching TV and spending time with family, especially her grandchildren. Born July 14, 1946, in East St. Louis, Ill., she was the daughter of the late Arthur and Virginia (Dee) Radell. She was preceded in death by her husband: James Grant Gill Sr.
She is survived by a son: James Grant Gill Jr. of Barnhart; three daughters: Deborah (Dean) Anderson of Festus, Julie (Mark) Cayce of Barnhart, Laura (Tom) Bernickus of Maplewood; 13 grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; and numerous other family members and friends.
A private graveside service will be held at a later date in the Shepherd Hills Cemetery in Barnhart. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel in Festus.
