Kathy Dennette Dill, 61, of De Soto died March 14, 2022, at her home. Ms. Dill was a bus driver for the Hillsboro R-3 School District. She enjoyed painting, listening to music and learning about Native American history. Born May 13, 1960, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of Christine Dill of Puxico and the late James Dill.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by two daughters: Kelsey Pelikan of De Soto and Georgia Schmitz of Crystal City; a brother: Michael Dill of Puxico; four grandchildren: Payton, Ella, Averie and Jaden; and many other family members and friends. She was preceded in death by a son: Michael Voelker.
A celebration of life will be held from 4-8 p.m. Friday, April 15, at the Gathering Room, 116 N. Main St., in De Soto. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Funeral Home in De Soto.
