Kathleen Marie “Kathy” Kelsey, 67, of Festus died Sept. 25, 2018, at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Festus. Mrs. Kelsey was a homemaker and an avid Cardinals fan who enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Born April 13, 1951, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Shirley Ann (Cane) and Eugene Edward Walsh.
She is survived by her husband: David Kelsey of Festus; a son: Michael (Leah) Chrismer of Hillsboro; two stepsons: Michael Kelsey of Florissant and Douglas (Heather) Kelsey of St. Charles; a daughter: Tammy Chrismer of Festus; two brothers: Dennis Walsh of Wentzville and Kevin Walsh; a sister: Mary Hamer of Festus; and two grandchildren: Peyton and Aiden Chrismer.
She was preceded in death by a brother: Edward Walsh.
Funeral services and burial were private. Arrangements were under the direction of Mahn Twin City Chapel in Festus.
