Kathern F. (Borchardt) Jones, 89, of House Springs died Jan. 24, 2022, in House Springs. Mrs. Jones was larger-than-life, fun-loving and strong. She worked at High Ridge Elementary and enjoyed bowling. Born Jan. 25, 1932, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Newton W. and Mary K. (McLaughlin) Borchardt. She was preceded in death by her husband of more than 30 years: Jerry L. Jones.
She is survived by three children: Robert (Charlene) Jones, Thomas Jones and Susan (Dan) Wilkinson; seven grandchildren: Amanda (Chris), Katie (Randyn), Danny, Rob, Jerri (Robert), Andy (Whitney) and Jacob; 10 great-grandchildren: Joe, Will, Gunner, Brady, Lincoln, Ryker, Leila, Mac, Hudson and Bella; a brother: Bill Borchardt; close friend Jean Reineri; and numerous extended family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by a sister: Bette (Emmett) Works; and a sister-in-law: Mary Borchardt
Arrangements were under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary in Cedar Hill.
