Joyce F. Heimos, 77, of Hillsboro died Dec. 3, 2016, at de Greeff Hospice House, St. Louis. Mrs. Heimos was a homemaker. She was born July 15, 1939, in St. Louis, the daughter of the late Robert and Blanche (Queen) Hollycross.
She is survived by her husband: Emil Heimos Jr.; two sons: Ken (Tina) Heimos of Festus and David (Dawn) Heimos of Hillsboro; a daughter: Diana (fiance Scott Roberts) Nelson of Barnhart; a brother: Ed (Judie) Hollycross of Pevely; six grandchildren: Doug, Britne, Kaitlyn (Cody), Brandon, Allison and Alexander; and a great-granddaughter: Amelia.
Visitation will be held from 4-9 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 6, at Kutis South County Chapel, 5255 Lemay Ferry Road, south St. Louis County. Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 7, at the funeral home, officiated by Aaron Watkins. Burial will be at Mount Hope Mausoleum in St. Louis. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are under the direction of Kutis South County Chapel.
