John D. Womack, 76, of Fredericktown died Oct. 29, 2020. Mr. Womack was retired from McDonnell-Douglas. Born March 3, 1944, in Fredericktown, he was the son of the late Emanuel L. Womack and Irene (Darnell) Womack Kennon. He was preceded in death by his wife: Jaqueline Womack, whom he married in January 1968 in St. Louis.
He is survived by two sons: Doug (Heathar) Womack of Fredericktown and Brian (Becky) Womack; two sisters: Ann Potts and Wilma Lunsford; two grandchildren: Dillion and Beth; and one great-grandchild: Avery.
He was preceded in death by a brother: Paulie Womack.
Visitation is at 10:30 a.m. and a funeral service is scheduled for noon Friday, Nov. 6, at Follis & Sons Funeral Home, 700 Plaza Drive, in Fredericktown. Arrangements are under the direction of Follis & Sons Funeral Home.
