JoAnn Carol Williams, 75, of Arnold, formerly of House Springs, died Oct. 27, 2017. Ms. Williams was born July 13, 1942, in St. Louis, the daughter of the late Edwin H. and Brenda M. (Keithly) Hockstetter.
She is survived by two children: Terry Williams of Arnold and Tracy (Gordon) Allen of Humble, Texas; three grandchildren: Tyler, Brooke and Trey; and many other family members and friends.
She was preceded in death by a sister: Brenda (the late Al) Niedbalski.
Memorials may be made to the Open Door Animal Sanctuary, 6065 Duda Road, House Springs, 63051. Arrangements were under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary in Cedar Hill.
