Jeanne Elizabeth Haselhorst, 77, of Hillsboro died March 21, 2023, at Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis County. Mrs. Haselhorst retired from Anheuser Busch after 34 years. She was an avid bowler and softball player who also enjoyed camping trips, trips to Disney parks and Busch Gardens with her nieces, nephews and friends and the St. Louis Cardinals. Born July 21, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Edwin and Ethel (DeGreeff) Haselhorst of St. Louis.
She is survived by her best friend: Diane (Dice) Hejlek; a sister-in-law: Janet Haselhorst; nieces and nephews: Donna (Don) Darian of Hillsboro, Ed Haselhorst of St. Louis County, Angie (Pat) Anderson of Connecticut, TJ Haselhorst of Hillsboro, Ken (Cassie) Haselhorst of Virginia and Liz Haselhorst of Hillsboro; 12 great nieces and nephews: Jasmine (Jake), Samantha, Haley (Nick), Jenna, Jack, Zachary, Jillian, Luke, Tori, Annalise, Riley and Toby; two great-great nieces: Aubree, Natalie; and a pet: Danny.
She was preceded in death by four siblings: Richard, Ethel, Ken and Eddie; a great-niece: Kenzie Haselhorst; and four pets: Teddy, Mindy, Bitsy and Tiger.
Visitation will be from 3-7 p.m. Sunday, March 26, at Robert D. Brown Funeral Home, 103 Fourth St., in Hillsboro. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Monday, March 27, at Good Shepherd Catholic Church, 703 Third St., in Hillsboro. Burial will follow at Resurrection Cemetery in St. Louis. Memorials may be made to the St. Vincent DePaul Society or Good Shepherd School. Arrangements are under the direction of Robert D. Brown Funeral Home.
