Hubert Namen Drennen, 82, of De Soto died Feb. 14, 2021, at his home. Mr. Drennen was a heavy equipment operator and a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. Born Sept. 7, 1938, in Fletcher, he was the son of the late Austin Henry and Bessie Irene (Rogers) Drennen.
He is survived by four children: Cindy Kraemer of Imperial, Joshua Drennen of De Soto,
Megan Drennen of De Soto and Micheal Mesey of De Soto; three stepchildren: Marla Ford Hollock of Florissant, Jackie Ford of Columbia and Jack Ford of De Soto; a brother: Gary (Jerri) Drennen of De Soto; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; and a special friend: Chico Orlando of De Soto.
He was preceded in death by two sons: Timothy Drennen and Randy Drennen; and five siblings: Ervin Drennen, Davie Drennen, Lewis Drenned, Lois Lathem and Glenda Bell.
No services were held at this time. Arrangements were under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home in De Soto.
