Helen Ruth Felton, 87, of De Soto died Aug. 14, 2022, in St. Louis. Mrs. Felton worked as a tax consultant. She was a member of the Eastside Church of Christ in Mountain View, Ark. She enjoyed reading her Bible, spending time with family and friends, solving crossword puzzles, sewing and gardening. Born April 11, 1935, in Melbourne, Ark., she was the daughter of the late Maude (Hodge) and Andrew Jones.
She was preceded in death by her husband: Glen K. Felton.
She is survived by three children: Sandra K. Haley of De Soto, Rick Felton and Connie Coplin of De Soto; and seven grandchildren: Lisa Peters of Imperial, Tracie Hulsey of Festus, Heather Coleman of De Soto, Glen Kenneth Reando of Festus, Patrick Barber, Michelle Reando of Festus and Gena Wagner of St. Louis.
She was preceded in death by a grandson: Clint Felton; and a granddaughter: Christina Lewis.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Monday, Aug. 22, in Pilgrims Rest Cemetery, with Patrick Adam officiating. Memorials may be made to the Eastside Church of Christ, P.O. Box 1488, Mountain View, Ark., 72560. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Funeral Home in De Soto.
