Harry E. “Pee Wee” Wideman, 74, of De Soto died May 21, 1945, in De Soto. Mr. Wideman was an over-the-road truck driver. Born May 16, 1945, in De Soto, he was the son of the late Viola Mae (Aders) and Harry Ethen Wideman.
He was preceded in death by his wife: Joyce (Livengood) Wideman.
He is survived by a son: Wesley Wideman; two stepchildren: Lisa Curtois and Anthony Ward; a sister: Ethel Pratt of De Soto; and numerous grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a brother: George Wideman; and a sister: Thelma Friedmann.
Funeral services were held May 24 at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, officiated by Jimmie Turner. Burial was in Woodlawn Cemetery in De Soto. Arrangements were under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, De Soto.
