Harriet Simmons Heinz, 82, of Eureka died March, 3, 2017, in St. Louis. Mrs. Heinz was a homemaker and a member of the Catholic faith. She was born March, 18 1935, in Decatur, Ill., the daughter of the late Paul and Leona (Pollard) Simmons.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years: Martin Heinz; six children: Martin (Tracy) Heinz Jr., Mary (Coleman) Higley, Suzanne (Terry) Gonzalez, Anne (Thomas) Woodruff, Robert (Yvonne) Heinz and Julie Heinz; two siblings: Paul Simmons and Adeline Simmons Girrard; 19 grandchildren: Kirstinia, Kyla, Bobbi, Joshua, Nicholas and Christopher Heinz; Thomas Jr., Matthew, Jacob and Jamie Woodruff; Ryan, Sara and Nathan Kovis; Alison,Tyler, Madison and Emily Higley; and Kaitlyn Gonzales; and family members Al and Jeri Heinz.
