Harold L. Lewis, 92, of Bonne Terre died Aug. 23, 2021, at Parkland Health Care in Farmington. Mr. Lewis worked in construction as a bricklayer and later as a master carpenter. He was April 24, 1929, in Annapolis, the son of the late Luther and Pearl Lewis.
He is survived by his wife of more than 70 years: Fay (Spurgin) Lewis of Bonne Terre; two children: Tim (Pam) Lewis of Old Mines and Rodney Lewis of French Village; and three grandchildren: Andrew, Joe and Emma.
He was preceded in death by a son: Gary Lewis; three sisters: Hilda, Macy, and Hazel; and three brothers: Stanley, Leo and Wilford.
A funeral service was held Aug. 27 at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home in De Soto, officiated by Gary Eubanks. Burial was in the Luckey Cemetery in De Soto. Arrangements were under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home
