Harold E. Sebastian, Jr., 59 of De Soto died Jan. 28, 2015, at his home. Mr. Sebastian was owner and operator with his wife of Marci's Carpet in De Soto. He was born April 18, 1955, in St. Louis, the son of the late Harold E. Sebastian Sr. and Eula (Nee Henson) Melone.
He is survived by his wife of more than 25 years: Marcella (Partney) Sebastian of De Soto; three sons: David (Mary) Sebastian of De Soto, Bill Pruitt of Kentucky and Mike Pruitt of De Soto; three daughters: Melissa Downs of Potosi, Sandy (Glen) Hollandsworth of Richwoods and Anita (Scott Barrick) Hutchison of Owensville; two brothers: Charles (Lorna) Sebastian of Barnhart and Gregory (Sandra) Sebastian of Cadet; two sisters: Theresa (Joel) Smith of Kennett and Sandra (Villis) Cross of Cadet; 12 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by a son: T.J. Sebastian.
Visitation is at 11 a.m. and a funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 7, at Mahn Funeral Home, 900 N. Main, in De Soto, officiated by Charles Sebastian. Memorials may be made to the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Funeral Home.
