Gregory Conway, 65, of Sedgewickville died Nov. 17, 2020, at his home. Mr. Conway was a retired union carpenter and building inspector for Jefferson County. He enjoyed telling stories, making jokes and working with his hands. Born April 3, 1955, in Bonne Terre, he was the son of Frankie L. (Montgomery) and Leon V. Conway of Bonne Terre.
He is survived by his wife: Connie Hahn, whom he married Oct. 17, 1987; three sons: Michael (Karey) Conway of St. Clair, Travis (Nikki) Hahn of Pevely and Aaron Conway of Sedgewickville; a daughter: Michelle (Randy) McClain of Union; 12 grandchildren: Jessica, Garrett, Gabe, Tyler, Morgan, Collin, Hunter, Garrett, Gage, Bryan, Zach and Bryce; five great-grandchildren; two brothers: Rick (Karen) Conway of Pevely and Doug (Joy) Conway of Pevely; and a sister-in-law: Sumi Conway of California.
He was proceeded in death by a brother: Bryan Conway.
A celebration of life will be held in the summer of 2021. Arrangements are under the direction of Liley Funeral Home, Marble Hill.
