Glenn W. Harrison, De Soto

Glenn W. Harrison of De Soto died Nov. 20, 2021. Mr. Harrison was a retired truck driver. He transported everything from missiles to trailers full of toilet paper rolls. He will be remembered for the stories he told about his adventures as a struck driver. He was the son of the late George and Ava.

He is survived by two sons: Robert Harrison of De Soto and G.W. (Elisha) Harrison of De Soto; a daughter: Sue Wandersee of Eureka; four grandchildren: Maddy, Hunter, Landon, Benjamin; a sister: Delores Peace of Virginia.

He was preceded in death by a brother: George Lester; and a brother-in-law: Tom.

People are invited to join the family as they travel with his ashes across the 49 states Mr. Harrison toured as a truck driver, with a final stop in Hawaii, so he can say he finally made it there, too.
