Glenda Van Horn, 94, of Arnold died May 14, 2022, in Arnold. Mrs. Van Horn enjoyed cooking, including cinnamon cake, helping others and spending time with her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Born Dec. 14, 1927, in Bunney, Ark., she was the daughter of the late Drucilla and Oscar Rogers.
She was preceded in death by her husband of 76 years: Hubert Van Horn.
She is survived by two children: Jerry (Sherrie) Van Horn and Pattie Murphy; four grandchildren: Renee (Brian) Smith, Alicia Van Horn, Heather (James) Murphy and Shawna Castro; nine great-grandchildren: Robert, Nadia, Trevor, Sid, Troy, Treydin, Ruth, Kali and Kailyn; and one sibling: Clestean Stroud.
She was preceded in death by four siblings: Lois Rogers, Leamon Rogers, Lucille Yates and Peggy Hayes.
A celebration of life will be held Saturday, July 9, at a location to be decided.
