Genora Bea Risenhoover, 86, of Herculaneum, formerly of Poplar Bluff, died March 23, 2016, at Scenic Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Herculaneum. Mrs. Risenhoover was a retired assembler for Bussman Fuse in St. Louis. Born Jan. 2, 1930, in Qulin, she was the daughter of the late Ruth (Allison) and Synda Vaughn. She was preceded in death by her husband: Ralph Risenhoover.
She is survived by a daughter: Carol “Diane” (the late John) Blacksher of Herculaneum; a son: Joe (Toni) Campbell of Troy; a sister: Linda Cade of Poplar Bluff; a sister-in-law: Deborah Campbell of Arnold; six grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by a son: Stanley “Michael” Campbell; and a brother: Sydna (the late Joyce) Vaughn Jr.
A memorial celebration is scheduled for 1 p.m. Saturday, April 2, at 1051 Eastview Drive in Herculaneum. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus.
