Frederick Joseph Laboray, 78, of De Soto died Nov. 20, 2022, at his home. Mr. Laboray worked as an electrician for Ameren for 25 years. Born Feb. 9, 1944, in Granite City, Ill., he was the son of the late Louis and Doris (Giffin) Laboray.
He is survived by his wife: Marion K. Laboray of De Soto; a stepson: Rodney (Kristie) Armstrong of Festus; three brothers: Louis (Jean) Laboray Jr. of Bushnell, Neb., Ronald (Stephanie) Laboray of Staunton, Ill., and Denny (Joanne) Laboray of Granite City, Ill.; two grandsons: Wesley and Keegan; and numerous family members and friends. He was preceded in death by a sister: Terry Laboray.
Burial will take place in Woodlawn Cemetery in De Soto at a later date. Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Funeral Home in De Soto.
