Frank Elmer Elliott, 74, of Crystal City died Dec. 16, 2013, at his home. Mr. Elliott is survived by his wife, Sharon (Fluegel) Elliott.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. today (Dec. 19) at Vinyard Funeral Home in Festus. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Dec. 20, at the funeral home, officiated by Pastor Jarold Rux. Burial is in Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens in Crystal City. Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital in Memphis, Tenn. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Home.
