Evelyn Lynne Tucker, 65, Herculaneum

Evelyn Lynne Tucker, 65, of Herculaneum died Dec. 28, 2021, at Mercy Hospital Jefferson in Crystal City. Born Nov. 3, 1956, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Joyce (Jewell) Bridgeman and E. Dale Tucker.

She is survived by two daughters: Katherine (Bahr) Yount of Mansfield, Texas, and Julie (Bahr) Sullens of Bonne Terre; two sons: Christopher (Meagan) Bahr of Pevely and Daniel Gilbert of Pevely; a sister: Sherry L. (Peter) Bush of Festus; two brothers: Matthew Tucker and Steven (Christy) Tucker; eight grandchildren: Kaitlyn (Mason) Cords, Trevor, Taylor and Markie Davison, Kody Gilbert, Dustin Sullens, and Lucas and Tatum Bahr; and two great-grandchildren: Ella (Gilbert) and Elijah (Gilbert) Cords.

She was preceded in death by a brother: Dale Tucker Sr.; and a son-in-law: Matthew “Brent” Sullens.

A memorial gathering will be at noon until a memorial service at 2 p.m. on Sunday (Jan. 16) at Vinyard Funeral Home, 616 W. Main St., in Festus, officiated by Pastor Steven Tucker. Arrangements are under the direction of Vinyard Funeral Homes.
