Edward “Scott” McBride, 51, of Festus died March 25, 2020, at his home. Mr. McBride worked at Penny Window and served in the U.S. Navy during Operation Desert Storm. Born May 27, 1968, in Park Ridge, Ill., he was the son of the late Edward R. McBride and Sandra (the late Bernard) Hogan Knickman of Webster Groves. He also was the stepson of Maria McBride of Arnold.
He is also survived by his wife: Sandra (Hamel) McBride of Festus; a daughter: Chelsea (Michael) Wine of Arnold; two sisters: Charlet (Michael) Townsend of Webster Groves and Tracey (Gregory) Carlton of Bloomsdale; a brother: Daniel (Krissie) McBride of Arnold; and three grandchildren: Evelyn, Aubrey and Noah.
A memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements were under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home in De Soto.
