Eddie Floyd, 40, House Springs

Eddie Floyd, 40, of House Springs died Oct. 24, 2021, in St. Louis. Mr. Floyd worked at General Automatic Transfer. He and his wife were a part of the STL Fusion Car Club, and they enjoyed attending car shows and showing their vehicles in car shows. Mr. Floyd also enjoyed hunting and fishing and spending time with family. Born July 22, 1981, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Steve and Michelle (Sorden) Floyd.

He is survived by his wife: Lisa Floyd; two children: Abigail Floyd and Ryan Schaffer; four siblings: Angela (Jeff) Becker, Tamara (Tim) Santhuff, Chad Floyd and Casey (Kyle) Webb; and many other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by a nephew: Aaron Micheal Santhuff; and a great-niece: Luna Santhuff.

A service will be at 2 p.m. followed by visitation from 3-8 p.m. on Monday (Nov. 1) at Chapel Hill Mortuary, 6300 Hwy. 30, in Cedar Hill. Arrangements are under the direction of Chapel Hill Mortuary.
