Dorothy “June” AuBuchon, 87, of De Soto died Feb. 20, 2019, at SSM Health St. Clare Hospital in Fenton. Mrs. AuBuchon was a homemaker. She was a faithful member of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church in De Soto, where she and her husband were involved in many church activities. She had just received her 50-year pin as a member of Daughters of Isabella Circle 659, and she also volunteered with the Columbia Anns. Born April 23, 1931, in Percy Ill., she was the daughter of the late William H. and Helen (Price) Hulsey.
She is survived by her husband of 52 years: Paul William AuBuchon of De Soto; one daughter: Angela (Greg) Cobb of De Soto; two grandchildren: Dameon and Dakota; and one Shih Tzu: Dolly.
She was preceded in death by one sister: Marie Bayer.
Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. today, Feb. 22, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main St., in De Soto. Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 23, at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 504 S. Third St., in De Soto, officiated by Father Alexander Anderson. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum in De Soto. Memorials may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Society, 326 S. Second St., De Soto, 63020.
