Donna K. Wigger, 70, of Hillsboro died Jan. 5, 2023, in Hillsboro. Mrs. Wigger was a machine operator with Clayton Corp. Born March 15, 1952, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Beulah (Sebastian) and James. B. Hubbard. She was preceded in death by her husband: Keith "Duck" Wigger.
She is survived by three children: Rhonda (Jim Hinson) Endress of Cuba, Mo., Sandra (Brad) Belew of De Soto and Stacy (Bill Ingrum) Endress of Cedar Hill; four siblings: James (Janet) Hubbard of Imperial, Virgil (Marcia) Hubbard of Terre du Lac, Patricia Ivey of De Soto and
Bob Davis of Ironton; eight grandchildren: Brittney Endress, Coty Endress, Zachary Endress,
Mallory Payne, Cheyenne Ingrum, Will Ingrum, Jeremiah Belew and Peyton Belew; and eight great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a brother: Robert "Bobby" Hubbard; a brother-in-law: Danny Ivey; and a sister-in-law: Susie Hubbard.
A celebration of life will be held later. Burial was in the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks. Arrangements were under the direction of Robert D. Brown Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
