Donna Elaine Owens, 61, of Festus died March 31, 2017, at her home. Ms. Owens was a production worker. She was a member of CharterBaptistChurch and enjoyed watching TV, games on Facebook, bingo, and scratch offs. Born Oct. 20, 1955, in St. Louis, she was the daughter of the late Golder Howard and Marie (Stier) Howard.
She is survived by one son: Kevin (Debbie) Levall of O’Fallon, Ill.; one daughter: Holly (Greenlee) Owens of Festus; three cousins: Donald Green of Dittmer, Josette Sturgeon of West Palm Beach, Fla. and Winnie Steffen of St. Louis; and one friend: Steven Owens of Festus.
Funeral services will be private. Arrangements are under the direction of Mahn Funeral Home in De Soto.
