Donald L. "Buddy" Roubidoux, 83, of Hillsboro died Nov. 17, 2020, at St. Luke’s Des Peres Hospital in St. Louis County. Mr. Roubidoux was a master bookbinder and a member of Book Binders Local 505. Born Sept. 26, 1937, in St. Louis, he was the son of the late Alvina (Krafft) and Donald S. Roubidoux.
He is survived by his wife: Barbara (Ketcherside) Roubidoux; a daughter: Tina (Richard Terry) Krampf of De Soto; a son: Donald Roubidoux of Overland; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; five sisters: Norma Ryan of St. Louis, Helen (Don) Stallman of Arnold, Janice (Fred) Hawk of St. Louis, Joyce (Gary) Necker of High Ridge and Flora (Chris) Spink of St. Louis; and two brothers: Arthur (Monika) Roubidoux of St. Louis and Jack (Darlene) Roubidoux of St. Louis.
He was preceded in death by a son: Brian Roubidoux; a daughter: Vicky Massie; a brother-in-law: Patrick Ryan; a brother: Raymond Roubidoux; and a sister-in-law: Ruth Roubidoux.
Visitation will be from 5-8 p.m. Friday, Dec. 4, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main St., in De Soto. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 5, at the funeral home, officiated by the Rev. G. Michael Rose. Burial will be in Hillsboro Cemetery. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
