Denny Joe Hunter, 44, of Fenton died Oct. 3, 2020. Mr. Hunter, known affectionately as “Batman” and as “Hobbit,” was born Dec. 25, 1975, in St. Louis, and was the son of the late Tina (McLaughlin) and Lou Hunter.
He enjoyed tucking his daughter into bed every night, and his last words to her each night were "Fly away."
He is survived by his wife: Chrystall Talley-Hunter of Fenton; two children: Alexander Hunter and Olyvia Talley; three sisters; his biological father, Dennis Howard; and a number of nieces and nephews, cousins and friends. He also is survived by his co-workers and close friends at Lowe’s and at the haunted house where he worked.
He was preceded in death by a sister: Rachel Hunter Guemmer.
The family will hold a celebration of life at a later date. Memorials may be made to the family. Arrangements were under the direction of Fieser Funeral Home in Fenton.
