Della F. Brown, 86, of De Soto died July 15, 2018, at the Villas in De Soto. Mrs. Brown was an assembly worker with ABZ Inc. Born April 23, 1932, in De Soto, she was the daughter of the late William and Lizzie (Sheperd) Coffman.
She is survived by two children: Randy Southerland of De Soto and Elaine (Daniel) Buttino of Austin, Texas; two siblings: Ruth Wallen of De Soto and Jack Coffman of Hillsboro; three grandchildren: Patrick, Matthew (Brandi) and Angela (Tim); and seven great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by a daughter: Deborah Southerland; six siblings: Lena Minker, Lilburn Coffman, Ted Coffman, Elbert Coffman, Leslie Coffman and Betty Kelso; and a grandson, Michael.
Visitation is at 11 a.m. and a funeral service is scheduled for 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 18, at Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home, 220 N. Main St., in De Soto, officiated by Brother Bob Thebeau. Burial is in the Woodlawn Cemetery in De Soto. Arrangements are under the direction of Dietrich-Mothershead Funeral Home.
