David W. Duvall, 61, of Barnhart died May 18, 2017, at St. Anthony’s Medical Center in St. Louis County. Mr. Duvall was an assembler with Chrysler in St. Louis. Born April 2, 1956, in Perryville, he was the son of Donald Duvall of Brewer and the late Dorothy (Miller) Duvall.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his life partner: Carol Newman of Barnhart; a son: Jason Pohlman of Perry County; a daughter: Antonia “Toni” Ing of Pevely; a stepson: Brent Newman of Barnhart; a stepdaughter: Miriah (Marc) Alverson of Ewa Beach, Hawaii; four brothers: Richard Duvall of Brewer, Gerald (Sheila) Duvall of Perryville, Larry (Gail) Duvall of Perryville and Terry (Lori) Duvall of Perryville; nine grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by two brothers: Ronald Duvall and James Duvall.
Visitation is at 4 p.m. and a funeral service is scheduled for 7 p.m. Tuesday, May 23, at Young and Sons Funeral Home in Perryville, officiated by the Rev. Milton Ryan. Memorials may be made to the family. Arrangements are under the direction of Young and Sons Funeral Home.
