David Michael Leseman, 66, of Arnold died Dec. 25, 2022. Mr. Leseman grew up in Ft. Worth, Texas, and graduated from Western Hills High School in 1975. A proud Texan and a cowboy at heart, he enjoyed dancing, spending time with his children and grandchildren, listening to country music, telling jokes, making people smile and spending time at the VFW with friends. He was born Aug. 31, 1956, in Frankfurt, Germany, the son of the late David F. and Marie O. ( Roseberry) Leseman.
He is survived by his former spouse and best friend: Joyce (Leseman) Dudkowski of Arnold; four children: Julie Marie (DeForest) Gomes, Clint Michael (Za Kara) Leseman of Festus, Jason Lloyd Leseman of Festus and Laura Elizabeth Leseman of Dittmer; four grandchildren: Skyler Hawke Underwood, Izabella Marie Leseman, Garrett Michael Leseman and Amelia Louise Leseman; five siblings: Dorothy Leseman of Texas, Carol (Ron) Phelps of Texas, Jane (Ed) Bryant of Texas, Bill (Kim) Leseman of Georgia and Kathy Richeson of Texas; several nieces and nephews; and many friends. He was preceded in death by a brother: John (Diane survives of Texas) Leseman.
Visitation is scheduled from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 4, at Heiligtag-Lang-Fendler Funeral Home, 1081 Jeffco Blvd., in Arnold. Visitation is from 9 a.m. until a funeral service at noon Thursday, Jan. 5, at the funeral home. Burial is in the National Cemetery at Jefferson Barracks.
